How we choose what to recommend

• We recommend places, experiences and products we have used, visited or researched carefully, and that we would recommend to a friend.
• Commissions never decide what we write. If something is not good, we will not recommend it, affiliate or not.
• We aim to include non-affiliate options too, such as free sights, local cafés and independent shops.
• Prices, opening hours and availability change. We update articles regularly, but please check details with the provider before you book.
